Before becoming a full-time Travel Advisor, I had a much different career. However, as I reflect on these careers, they are very related. 

I was a college professor for 14 years before evolving my growing travel business into a full time career. In this professor role I taught many different classes, researched subjects, and created international travel experiences for students. As I taught classes in business and sport management, I learned how to break down information and create ways to help my students be successful. As I researched subjects, I became very good at finding the right information and conveying it clearly to students. As a I created international travel courses I became adept at thinking about customer experience, solving travel problems, and organizing a variety of experiences on a single trip. 

As I transitioned into being a full-time Travel Advisor, these skills translated into ways I help my clients every day. Working with you, I don’t just book your vacation. I help you from the very beginning to have a wonderful trip. 

That’s why I am truly Your Travel Professor: 

1. I make sure you have the right information to maximize your travel experience. Whether It’s insider tips, recommendations, or the best options for tours…I teach you what you need to know. 

2. I take the time to research the best options for your vacation. I will not present an option for a trip I don’t believe in. The resort, cruise, or tour has been fully researched to make sure you are going to have the best vacation. 

3. I have traveled a lot with my family, with groups, and by myself. I have extensive first-hand experience that will help you with traveling knowing you are prepared. If issues arise, I’m right here for you.
